1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

m.taya365 supports a variety of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other authorized payment processors. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. m.taya365 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose its own fees.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified for each payment method. Verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya typically receive withdrawals within 10 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days. m.taya365 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your account status and verification level. VIP members may be eligible for higher limits.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Account Closure and Termination

m.taya365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents.
• Abusive behavior toward m.taya365 staff or other players.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to administrative fees).

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided you are in compliance with these Terms. m.taya365 reserves the right to withhold funds if there is evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or other violations.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

m.taya365 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
